Fabric History/Pedigree:  1950s-1980s fabrics found in a batch of liner and other fabrics in bolts and rolls received from a Japanese cleaners called Arai-Hari -- see an excellent explanation of traditional Arai Hari by textile expert . 

Fabric Description: Off-white silks, more than 50 yards /  45.72 m; most are deadstock unused; fine and thin silk, good for liners, dyeing projects, making shibori, etc. Sold in a lot of 3  pounds.
