This is a truly unique komon kimono that features various mythical creatures scattered among a range of flowers, trees, and shrubs.

This is also a chirimen kimono, which means the fabric was weaved in a fashion that gives it a creased, or crepe, look. The fabric itself is somewhat firm, likely due to the dying process.
