From the 1990s here is a lavender sheath dress with a jewelled neckline by Moschino Cheap and Chic line.    The jewels are multicolored and made of plastic.  The white around the jewels is a kind of chain stitched trimming.   It simply slips over the head and does up with four hooks and eyes at the back of neck, there is a six inch slit part under the fastenings.  Fabric is a polyester crepe.  It has it's care labels still attached.
